Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Custom-Made and Bespoke Items: Due to their personalized nature, these items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@studioiona.com with your order details and clear images of the issue.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

  3. Return Process: If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.

Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only once per order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing of returns or refunds will commence once we receive the payment from our shipping partner, which may take up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

  • IONA reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges for all requests.
