Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom-Made and Bespoke Items: Due to their personalized nature, these items are non-returnable.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing of returns or refunds will commence once we receive the payment from our shipping partner, which may take up to 28 days from the date of delivery.
